Inner Sanctum – Biography

Inner Sanctum started life in Toronto Canada 1997. Consisting of Canadian D.J. and record producer Steven Bolton and British vocalist Steve Kimber.

Steve Bolton has DJ’d at some of the worlds top clubs including Studio 54 and The Saint. He has had a string of hit records in Canada, five of them with Sotto Voce (also featured on peoplesound.com) Steve Kimber has enjoyed considerable success with Sotto Voce touring in Canada, receiving high chart positions and gaining support from radio stations across Canada and the U.S.

A Club version of The Smiths classic “How Soon Is Now?” was released the summer of ‘98, remixed in Italy, and then picked up in the U.K. by Malarky/Big Life. Further remixes followed by Hybrid, Whoosh, Heliotropic and Eddie Fingers.

The track, which quickly became a club hit, was featured in Ministry magazine, entered the U.K. Indie and Official singles Chart’s and made it on to Ministry of Sound’s Compilation “New Brit House”.

During ‘98 Steve Kimber returned to the U.K. and teamed up with Mark Albericci, the Breakbeat/House guru, to work on tracks for the album. Mark’s background in Hard House/Goya Trance production and his collaborations with 60’s legend Arthur Brown and 80’s mega group Big Country added a fantastic influence on the Inner Sanctum Album.

The final element was added when legendary record producer Pete Ware became part of the growing family of Inner Sanctum culminating with the album “Dive”.

Pete has an established reputation as a producer with many hit albums to his name. In the past he has worked with Stock, Aitken and Waterman, written produced and toured with the late great Divine, and has recently been producing tracks for 80’s Diva Hazell Dean, amongst many other diverse projects.

This rich mix of talents brings you a very special album available exclusively from: http://www.peoplesound.com
